Getting Started
How do I create an account?
You can sign up using your email address, Google account, or Apple ID. Download the Love Dating app from the App Store or Google Play and tap 'Create Account' to get started.
How do I set up my profile?
After creating your account, you'll be guided through our onboarding process. This includes adding your basic information, values, life goals, communication style, and a voice introduction. Take your time — a complete profile helps you find better matches.
What is the voice introduction?
The voice introduction is a 30-60 second recording where you can share a bit about yourself. It helps potential matches get a better sense of your personality beyond text and photos.
Matching & Discovery
How does matching work?
Love Dating shows you profiles of people who share your values and life goals. When you like someone and they like you back, it's a match! You can then start a conversation.
Why am I not seeing any profiles?
If you've viewed all compatible profiles in your area, check back later as new people join. You can also adjust your matching preferences to broaden your search.
Can I unmatch with someone?
Yes. Open your chat with the person, tap the menu icon, and select 'Unmatch'. This will remove the match and conversation for both of you. This action cannot be undone.
Account & Settings
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings > Change Password. We'll send a password reset email to your registered email address. Follow the link in the email to set a new password.
What happens if I deactivate my account?
Deactivating your account hides your profile from other users and removes your data. You can create a new account at any time if you wish to return.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Delete Account. You'll need to type 'DELETE' to confirm. This permanently removes all your data, matches, and messages. This action cannot be undone.
How do I block someone?
You can block a user from the match options menu. Blocked users cannot see your profile or contact you. You can manage your blocked list in Settings > Blocked Users.
Safety & Privacy
How do I report someone?
Tap the menu icon on a match or in a chat, then select 'Report'. Choose a reason and provide any additional details. Our team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.
How is my data protected?
Your data is stored securely and we never share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
