Child Safety Standards
Love Date — Greatcallie International Ltd
Last updated: February 20, 2026
Love Date, operated by Greatcallie International Ltd, is a dating application strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in all its forms. This page describes our published standards, enforcement mechanisms, and commitment to child safety as required by Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Love Date strictly prohibits any content, behaviour, or activity that constitutes or promotes child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any image, video, text, or other media that sexually exploits minors
- Grooming behaviours targeting minors
- Sexual solicitation of minors
- Trafficking or exploitation of children
- Any attempt to facilitate real-world contact between adults and minors for sexual purposes
Any user found to be engaging in CSAE will have their account immediately and permanently terminated, and all relevant information will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
2. Age Verification and Access Controls
Love Date is designed exclusively for adults. We enforce strict age controls:
- Users must declare they are 18 years of age or older to create an account.
- Date of birth is required during registration and is used to calculate age.
- Accounts where the user is determined to be under 18 are immediately deleted.
- Our systems and moderation team actively monitor for signs of underage users.
3. In-App Reporting Mechanism
Love Date provides users with an accessible, in-app mechanism to report child safety concerns and other inappropriate content:
- Report a user: Available on every user profile and within every chat conversation. Users can select "Underage user" as a report reason to flag suspected minors.
- Block a user: Users can immediately block any person they feel uncomfortable with.
- Report categories include: Underage user, Inappropriate content, Harassment, Fake profile, Scam or spam, and Other.
All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Reports of suspected minors or CSAE are treated as the highest priority and escalated immediately.
4. How We Address CSAM
We have clear procedures for identifying, removing, and reporting child sexual abuse material (CSAM):
- Detection: Our content moderation system reviews reported content. All reported content flagged as potentially involving a minor is escalated immediately.
- Removal: Any identified CSAM is removed from the platform immediately upon detection.
- Account termination: The account of any user who uploads or distributes CSAM is immediately and permanently terminated.
- Reporting to authorities: We report all confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by applicable law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
- Data preservation: We preserve relevant data in accordance with legal requirements to support law enforcement investigations.
