Welcome to Love Date. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Love Date mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Greatcallie International Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may not use the Service if you have been previously banned or removed from the Service.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any matches or connections will result in a successful relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greatcallie International Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Greatcallie International Ltd is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
